Yes, it might be a good idea to add mushroom-laden dishes to the chef recipes...

See now... I was actually thinking that mushrooms would have nice amounts of toxic pollen to use in making bombs which would cause your target to hallucinate... and would act somewhat like a discord, weakening your target.
And other recipes of such a nature...
That would also be a good use for mushrooms.

I'd like hemp.
To make clothes and ropes of course.
I think it would be nice if the four different bolts of cloth would differentiate between their different sources: Wool, cotton, hemp, silk, and that your clothing items would be named to reflect what material they're made of.
And then you'd add a dye tub for each with a few unique hues that can only be applied to the corresponding materials.

The hemp and silk can be used to make drag nets for fishing ..
Insted of water eles and serps you bring in mix bunch of fish..
Or make string /cord to make butterfly nets..
Turn the silk with a stiky mushroom to make a net/trap catch people, sort or a short paralize..
Would like a date tree for brewing...

We have needed a Tribal berry tree for ages... and a Vanilla orchid would be supurb.. Oh and yes we need date plams and banana's coconuts, and if your in the mood add in figs....( love figs) mushrooms for cooking think of all the varietys! Shetaki, button, oyster... soup...grilled... ok need more recipys...
Gardeners could use some new plants too..... just a thought...
Alchemists could make a poison from the mushrooms!

That is not entirely true. I tweet him many of our posts with requests, bugs, and such. He usually doesn't respond here about it, but I am hoping that it is a good sign that he did.

He prolly reaches more UO players on Twitter than Stratics since the majority of players don`t even use the forums.
I think its alot more reasonable to think that more people use current technology like twit/fb and the likes rather than an old (no offense) forum like Stratics that see`s traffic from a tiny fraction of the actual playerbase.

Carharrt. No offense taken. I have been a member of Stratics Staff for quite a few years. I really can not imagine a more dedicated Fan Forum site. Yet Stratics is not the end all or be all of UO... Many other fan sites exist and many other social networks are making an impact on UO.
