Meeting with Skaros the Spymaster at the Counselors' Hall in Britain.
Location : Counselors' Hall in Britain

No mention of if it will be a combat event... however, you should all have Cupid's Arrows upon logging in;

all follow me...for about 40 mins then my prisoner gets killed by another players EV so close to yew prison too

We had to escort prisoners to yew prison from castle britsish,

As for what happened, we met Fynn Barrett at the Councillors Hall, but Skaros mysteriously didn't turn up. Fynn, decided we'd check his office at Castle British Barracks as he had faith Skaros would have left the mission details for us there.

Inside we found his cells were stuffed with rioters and beggars, far too many to keep safely there; Fynn decided we should escort them to Yew Prison. However the first problem we had was people rather foolishly refused to make room for them, and on top of which the glorious NPC code which allows dragons to get stuck on the roof seemed to come into play too... so we spent about 20 minutes trying to get them out of the barracks cells and into the fresh air outside!

We then began the march to Yew, pausing on the bridge out of Britain, and then at the barricades through the mountain pass to the east, and at the guard huts along the road north to Yew, where we were attacked by hordes of red NPC Brigands. As we went, people casting Energy Vortex accidentally attacked the NPC escorts killing most of them before we'd even got to the outskirts of the Yew Forests!

Upon arrival at Yew Prison, a grim sight awaited us; a body splayed and butchered on a pentagram; I didn't take a screen shot of it, but I found something similar online...

WARNING: I've deliberately used what I think is going to be the basis of this global arc. I called this as soon as I read the first released Lore, and I stand by it now

However I wasn't really focused then; Besides the body was a weeping lady called Kathleen, and someone else mentioned a hidden underground lair, which I assumed was part of the event. Going back over the chat however it seems not, so that explains why she ignored my questioning about the "lair"! The actual plot appears to have been this;

[Kathleen]: They came into Yew and took us prisoner. me and some man... and then they...
*bursts into tears*
[Fynn Barrett]: Who? What did they do?
[Kathleen]: *sobs* They killed him over there *points to the arcane circle*
[Kathleen]: Used his blood to make some sort of ritual...
[Kathleen]: They were chanting words of power... magic words.... *sobs*
[Fynn Barrett]: How horrid!
[Kathleen]: I don't know what they were doing...

(As an aside,at this point [Sparrow] says: lol this Kathleen was an angry protester earlier today

This is why I asked Emile to remove all the npcs in the prisons after the events; any non-quest npc, yellow or blue can become a Protester. I'd already reached Adored in Yew earlier, SO YOU CAN'T BLAB TO THE GRD ABOUT ME THANK YOU EMILE and found that if a Rioter spawns in the locked cells, you can't get at them and have to sit and wait for them to despawn again, which can take hours. And as there's only ever 2 rioters at once... sighs)

[Kathleen]: Then some of them went off into the prison to look for prisoners...
[Kathleen]: They say they are going to return three days hence to get more.

[Fynn Barrett]: But she said the attackers are still in the prison

*the corpse has had its throat cut and the blood drained from the body*

*the throat has been cut deeply and cleanly*

*there are strange markings cut into the back of the corpse*

*you see a tattoo of a ship with the words Great Oak Vessels underneath*

(At this point, Guardian creatures appeared in the north of the courtyards, and people began fighting them. They were evil mages of some kind, and apparently a few of them were carrying rune books as drops, one that I know of was "Crafted by Kwi-Lan Lord of the Mists")

(We then fought our way across the corridors of the prison, to the rear cells, bottom floor. More mages got in the way.)

[Fynn Barrett]: Ok, it seems we managed to get at least some prisoners from Britain to Yew
[Fynn Barrett]: Good job to those of you who held on to their prisoners!
[Fynn Barrett]: Unfortunately, it seems some of the others escaped when we were attacked along the way
[Fynn Barrett]: I hope they won't come back to bother us....
[Fynn Barrett]: I am more concerned about what we found here at the prison though

[Fynn Barrett]: I think it best we keep an eye on this place

[Fynn Barrett]: So Sunday at 8pm we meet again at the Hall in Britain
[Fynn Barrett]: Thanks for your help tonight. I'm sure Skaros will be pleased his prisons aren'tso full anymore

Possibly unconnected, or possibly part of the wider conspiracy, I accidentally ran into another pentacle outside of Moonglow today, looking for rioters (they can spawn in any of the npc farms it seems, curse them!);

This is why I asked Emile to remove all the npcs in the prisons after the events; any non-quest npc, yellow or blue can become a Protester. I had a similar situation in Minoc with a rioter stuck behind a counter - in that case I could still target with the rope when they came within 2 places, and then pull them out by gating away so that they 'followed' me through the gate. Don't know if that works through locked cell doors or not. Also using telekinesis on the flames and garbage cleared them
