This Tuesday, January 3rd, there will be a ceremony to celebrate Royal Spy promotions. There will be a gate at the West Britain Counselor Hall to the location Queen Zhah has graciously provided for the ceremony.

If you are unable to attend this event, you can inquire about your current Spy Rank at the end of any Spy or Guard event this month or, if necessary, by appointment.

To fix sets of Oars that are already off-shard, you will need to contact Mesanna for the fix after the Tuesday January 3rd event.

Rank gloves can be obtained all month after events or by appointment. Mesanna will likely still fix oars if you have them. I believe this is done by e-mailing her the shard and location where the oars are locked down in a house.
