Veteran Reward Bracelet of Binding?

Has anyone used this?

Can you link actual people or does everyone have to have a bracelet of binding?

I'm trying to think of any valid use for this bracelet.....so far nothing.

I'm talking about the VETERAN reward not the ant spawn item. A greater binding bracelet.

from what i understand it goes off of your active party, not multiple bracelets.

Gotten from the ants

Can be imbued. Unknown if reward one can be imbued.

Of old. Two could be bound together and charged up. If both players wear them. One player could active theirs and recall to the others location. Some areas limited.

Of new. Sounds like the reward one can bind with ten instead of one. Question is if two of the ten can recall to each others location. Sounds like it reward one is main and the ten can recall to it. Just the wearer of the reward one you hope never gets lost.

along time ago I meet my Real life wife in UO when I was about 15 we played together off and on for years tell I got out of high school Joined the navy and luck would have it got stationed in her home town. Well after a few years of hanging out with her, we decided to get married (real life no uo) and as a wedding gift ( in uo ) from a friend that knew us both, we received these bracelets. we used them for a year or so, basically they are amazing if I am in game doing something and she wanted to join in I just equip mine and she equips hers and she would be at my side instantly. So really the gift we received is, the ability to always be at one another's sides in the game, for that's truely where it all started..

I have one of the vet reward greater bracelets and have found it to be quite useful.

The greater bracelet can be bound to up to 10 of the solen obtained bracelets, and it allows two-way travel between them. (well, two-way travel between the master bracelet and those it is linked to) It can also be used like a friend's list as it will show you if anyone it is linked to is online, regardless of whether or not they are even wearing their braceket.

you reminded me that i wanted to get one of these.
so i picked one up last night.

they are definitely NOT what i thought they were gonna be!!!

so how they work is like this, the new bracelet is Blessed and a kinda greenish color. it has nothing to do with your party.
what ya need is up to 10 people and they all must have a Greater Bracelet of Binding (the vet reward one) or a normal one from the ants.

and what ya do with the vet reward one is you have all the people put on one of the normal bracelets, and you dd click the Greater one and you can ADD up to 10 people to it.

now, this bracelet will list the people by name and it will show you if they are on line or off line.
you can of course delete them from your list.
now, if they are green and have their bracelet on you can just click them and you will go to them.

now, if you are out somewhere and they wanna come to you (you are stuck and need some help?) you put on yours and any amount of them can just dd click theirs and poof they are at your side.

the Greater one holds up to 10 charges that are only used when you teleport to one of the other ones, people coming to you use charges off of their bracelets. you can recharge the Greater one with the normal powder of trans location.

so, are they good?
well, after playing with them last night im thinking that if you had a bunch of people who had the Greater ones they would be very cool!
cause you could bind them to one another and people could allways get to you.

for my situation where im the one who is allways out doing something and guild mates are allways asking me to pop a gate or come get them or talk them into where i am ("get into map so i can find you!!!") it would be cool cause i could just slip the bracelet on and they could be there.

now, is it worth a vet reward pick where i could just pop a gate, cause these things done work anywhere where you cant pop a gate.... probably not.

but they are neat.
