Have you seen a FC1 ring or bracelet in Shame with no other mods since pub 73.2 went live? I haven't. My only worry is that once this system goes shardwide some of these basic pieces, which are perfect for imbuing, might not be available any longer.
Ok first off, why would you want a bracelet with only 1 FC on it when you can imbue that on an exceptionally crafted one and have a higher property cap? That's just bad crafting and I hope you were just using a bad example.

And second, yes, I've seen FC1 plain, 25% LRC plain, etc. I thought I was clear in my post on this.

You start with looted jewls with FC because it uses relic fragments to make that property. I always keep all the jewls with FCR and FC only on them. A smart crafter then imbues those with the remaining propeties. All jewls, looted or crafted have 500% intensity.

What monsters are you fighting that give plain jewels like that? I've only received plain jewels with luck, resists (like 20 fire resist), strength and defense chance increase.
By the way, exceptional jewelry has the same cap as store bought and monster looted jewelry. I always look for plain jewels with fc, fcr, hci, etc.

What were the resists on the hat... probably pretty crazy. Usually if an armor piece has all the negatives, and no "extra mods", the resists are going to be nuts.
No, all 5's except 1 9.... WORST HAT EVER!!!!!! LOL

Was going to keep it just for fun, but resisted the hoarding tendency. :)

I had a ring almost as bad, -100 luck, cursed. with the 3% enhanced potion.

Probably need to invest in a luck suit LOL

:( ........just got these sleeves....

Jewelry property cap is the same regardless of quality, (exceptional or non-exceptional)

They always equal out to 0/500 when there are 0 mods, However when you imbue an exceptional ring/bracelet, your success chance of adding a mod is increased by a small amount.

Please change -100 luck to reduce item weight for both Imbuing & Unraveling purposes again ! This change only Hurt the game IMO.

There is even less a reason to fight the lower end mobs in shame with this in effect, atleast when it was -100 item weight (which it should) you could use these items to have One mod slightly above the current imbuing cap, and Sacrifice a 5th mod (due to -100 luck counting as a mod) on such ring/bracelet. These items have little to no use now unless you Want luck as a property which only makes these items useful in pvm.

example
Ring (imbued)
Fc 1
Fcr 3
magery +15
Mr 4 (pre-imbued)
luck -100 (pre-imbued) - since -100 item weight, it allows to imbue the highest cap on the other 3 mods (added with imbuing)
