Luck and SoT drop rate

Hi all,

i couldnt find anything about this posted yet, sorry if its still double.

I went out for a couple of hours to max out my Valor and was surprised to not get any Scroll of Trans - not with my luck tamer, not with my mage/stealther and not with my archer...

So i have 2 questions:

- does luck even affect the drop rate of SoT's?
- is the drop rate intesitiy intend to be that low (its ok for me! not complaining, just want to know)

Luck does not seem to affect the SOT drop rate, I get lots on my Sampire with no luck on.

I have also noticed ( and it could just be superstition) that when I kill big crowds quickly I seem to get more SOT drops.

With that being said, some spawn I get none, while others I can get 4 to 6.

There is also supposed to be a limited amount of SoTs that could even drop from each spawn as well, its possible someone farmed the spawn before you, and managed to get a few of the SoTs. inturn would eliminate your drops, or reduce the chance of getting one, until the spawn has been finished and reset.
