I'm not trying to be a butthead but I have to ask why this plot is so expensive.

This is in South Trinsic, yes?

The typical 18x18 in this area has gone for 20 mil or so.

Ok, that makes sense as a reason but on Atlantic the housing market seems ok to me. I have bought and sold regularly over the last few months, the last few weeks in particular.

You're right, though, supply and demand is a good reason. Now we'll see if I can double my prices!

Actually, not such a crazy idea. Many of the people I sell to simply don't know how to customize.

I'm sure the right person would gladly pay the extra for a good design.
