well A: I don't think what he is doing against stratics TOS.
B: If he is willing to pay that much I bet he is willing to xfer to and from what ever shard he needs to. So instead of making 18 posts on 18 different mesage boards (which some might consider spamming) why not get the most bang for the buck.
