Won't change any of the sampires that I already have built and suited. I'm still working on xferring some sampires to shards where I only have PvPers, so I'll probably include the new items on those.
I really don't see it as much of a game-changer for PvM though, to be honest. One benefit I see is I got a plain leather gorget as loot last night, and it had 24 fire resist and 5 HCI as the only two mods. I can see imbuing that up then enhancing (can you enhance this stuff? Hope I can).
I see the new loot being more impactful to PvP. Reactive paralyze, more weapons with splinter, crazy ass rings with like 8 mods.
Its still up in the air for me. I think that I will probably go looking for one nice clean piece and try and build suits around that. That being said I think that some of these pieces will allow us to add way more to suits then we previously would. They are essentially the new artifacts but they have been randomized. I love this new system and look forward to taking years off my life doing the math in my head about new suits.

I agree and think there are too many splintering weapons dropping. My fear is it will be like when UOR was introduced - you suddenly had a flood of generic dexers running around with the savage spears hitting for para blow every other hit. Luckily, at that time resist mattered so they were easily disposed of.
I don't plan to change my suit any. The ease of obtaining relic fragments may change my mind though if I were to get a couple of really nice pieces. I got two bracelets with just 20% DCI on them yesterday. Had they been 20 HCI instead (not sure if that's possible in the loot tables) or had SSI I'd be imbuing them for immediate usage right now.

20 hci/dci 10 ssi or 30 di are possible on jewelry. Also dex and stam on one piece. Im sure it opens some options for suit building.
You could get 35 ssi from suit alone without using asassin armor. Sure we will see some more people running around with 60 ssi heavy ornate.
