Forgive me if this is a stupid question but:
are they "legal"? I mean will they be deleted on sight by GMs (yes, I know they are not around too often)?

They are legal yes, when SA first came out you could tame them, i tamed 5 myself for fun and killed them lol, wish i didn't now. In one of the patches it said they were no longer going to be made tamable.
