alter deeds not working ?

Trying to alter a cloak with a tailor deed says i cant use for this type of item ?>

Is it a tailor repair deed? I don't think a cloak ever gets damaged (so is not repairable).

Not a repair deed, an alter service contract. Should work on a cloak, provided you're at a soulforge.

Provided, that is, it is a cloak using a cloak graphic and not 'oak leaf cloak' which actually uses a shroud graphic.

I found it by accident when making repair deeds I clicked the wrong one and was like wow ok cool

Thank you! I totally had no idea about that... and I usually pride myself on having all kinds of in-game knowledge so to come upon something I totally knew nothing about is a bit shocking to me.

But then I never use repair deeds either... but I DO know of their existence.

That is exactly how I felt about it

I do my level best to keep track so that I can keep the site accurate and upto date. Although when SA came out I was still in the middle of the update program I'd undertaken to restore the site.
