Probably not the way you think...

I finally put together the complete set of virtue armor, and grabbed the holy sword, and dupree's shield. My only insured item is bracelet of health. Horrific beast form and I can just stand in a graveyard and make ridiculous gains on auto attack.

Ive played since 97... never has training skills been so easy...

I started training in fel, just for some excitement... got PKed twice by the same player... last 2 times I saw him, he just rode on by. I guess wading through a sea of undead to get to someone willing to put up a fight didnt appeal to him. And of course he isnt making a nickel killing me. And the armor and sword last forever with no repairs... how sweet is that!

I have actually had people curse at me, and in a few cases threaten to call a GM....

Apparently when that "easy mode" auto bank deposit does not pop-up in the bottom of the screen it really pisses some people off...or that I do not give any counts to a red player ever.....

And with the bracelet, shield, and beast form, I regen hps pretty quick... the char i am training now has stealth, hiding, poisoning and stealing. I take a good hit from a PK and run for it. Once im off screen, I hide and stealth up to them while my hit points regenerate. I blind steal and run off again.

Worse case scenario, I get killed and loose nothing!

Only reason I haven't blessed my entire suit is when you die and get your corpse the items don't auto-equip like they do when insured. I wish that would be changed.

This is the same reason i hate blessed and dont bless anything.

I second (or is it third) that motion. Can't count the times I've fought without my crimson or tangle because i forgot to re-equip... Course I probably shouldn't do stuff that makes me forgetful while hunting anyway

Thanks, i use the Leggings of Ember, always keep wondering why they never equip - didn't know that.
Maybe they could add a token 1 gp or something, just for that purpose because I doubt they thought about that aspect of blessed items.
Do blessed talismans re-equip? can't remember, died, but that was yesterday.

I don't know if this is an EC or a Pinco's UI thing but, in whatever I am using, I've made a button where I click it and it equips all of my regular set items. I do that upon rezzing, not upon looting my corpse.

I have a dress macro in UOA that takes care of my blessed items. Hit it upon resurrecting and your problem is solved.

Yeah i use UO assist, 1 button and I am good... I have another button to disarm so I can steal, and one button to arm my regular fighting gear, and one to arm the smugglers edge.

I am now putting together a second suit with the leggings of ember, sammy helm, I have the quiver of infinity, blessed tangle, crimmy, and gladiators collar...

What i am really looking for is self repair items, they never ever wear out... so great to bless.

I dont mind pvp, I love hunting in empty areas of fel as well, but what I hate is getting ganked by reds, when its not even a fair fight... and then them profiting from my death... Now that I know they get absolutely nothing, not even one gold piece... well Im happy.

Im considering having my GM crafter lock some chests, and trap them, and drop one inside the other... and inside just leave one gold piece, or a book that says " you killed me, and I had to go rez... Now I have just wasted some of your time!!!

Whew! What a relief to know that... now at least I know I am not hurting anyone's feelings.

I did manage to finally get my evil omen/infectious strike macro fixed... Im pretty sure it worked as intended, I would have assumed that most Reds had some kind of counter for lethal poison... guess not... heh.

Hmmmm, poisoning players while wearing virtue armor... good think there is no karma requirement on the armor

Clearly some people have never been on the murdering side of this discussion. I'd advise some of the posters on this forum to make a char, get good stuff and go out trying to kill people till you can chalk one in the winning side. It's fun, you make friends, build confidence and it's fun.

I went red after publish 16 when everyone and their sister was doing champs. I wasnt trying to keep others from joining, I just wanted to finish the champs. I soon realized that not only reds, would invade, but blues from big zerg guilds as well. So I eventually had a kill on sight deal with those guilds.

I never just roamed around looking to kill someone training parry on skeletons...

So I am at a loss for understanding the thrill from that side...
