Normally I might scoff at this, due simply to the large number of times we've actually seen this statement posted...
However, given the recent handling of the situation on Origin, and the speed with which everything was handled...

Before the migration mess I had a choice of rewards. My acct was at 62 months. I waited as I didnt know what I would get. Then it was turned off. It is back on and now Im at 59 months.
I lost three months, dont know where it went?
Last Dec 2010 I received my vet rewards, now it has me set to get them in March.
I think for all the problems we have endured through the years with vet reward age, they should just give everyone extra months, like they did at the start of the program.
Otherwise, I need the proper email address to have my accounts looked into and fixed. I even tried logging into customer support, and got no where with name and password, not sure what I might be doing wrong there? <<<any help with that one would be appreciated. Use to have to key in uo_account, but that isnt working :[

I have 1acc thats been stock at 83 months for at least 5 months now. I also pay it every 6 months maybe after next billing it will add up the time correctly...
None of mine are updating so I had hopped the same thing. One of them billed today, I always do the six month billing thing so I presumed it would catch it all the way up (its somewhere between 3-5 months behind). It only gained one month.
maybe just maybe, that new guy skalski (unlike crowner) actually DOES his job - time will tell I guess (we've been screwed for so long I don't have a ton of hope left but you never know)
I have used two 3 month game time codes, and that would put my time off exactly on one of my accounts, if the billing system is only see'ing the codes as a one month payment, and not for the full 3 and 6 month code. I can see this being plausible.
It doesn't seem to have anything to do with codes or CC or number of months paid for. I pay by CC and several of my accts have not been been aging. A couple of them actually lost some months.

Account age always seems to de-sync whenever someone touches the server, but it always gets sorted out.
I pulled this thread back up to toss an update in here, this morning I checked my account age to find it went from 139 to 141, so check your account age.
