What is the absolute naked weight of your char?

So after having the issue with stuff hidden (somewhere) on my character, I had thought that I was done. I basically am, but I had a talk with 2 other people and it seems there are different weights for different people (me again it seems). In the past I would suit up and load my pack and be at 146 stones. I have been at this weight for the LONGEST time. After the GM leaves and I log for the night I wake up too find myself at 116 stones. "WHAT PRECIOUS ITEMS DID I LOOSE" I was thinking. So I dug thru my pack and nada was gone, everything was where it should be. So again I had to take my 30 or so items off me and see what my weight was at.... 15??? I'm thinking i should be like 40 right??? Heck a hally weights 16 right? So I start asking around and I get different weights.

So....
