Where are some active player towns?

I'm looking for
a) Player-built towns that regularly host public events
or
b) Guilds that regularly conduct activities based around a specific NPC town (such as RPing a town council or militia)

The main criteria is that things are ongoing in the present day, not just a museum or vendor mall.

The Europa RP community base themselves around several NPC cities with Player buildings around the surrounding areas.
Currently active are Trinsic, Yew, Vesper and Cove, with at least one guild with a player town somewhere in Malas.
They're mostly active in the European evenings, with most guaranteed activity from 8pm UK time, if you were hoping to catch someone.

There are quite a few very active player towns on Chesapeake. Many of these are connected via player run houses full of house tele tiles AND OR the EM placed ones by Luna Fairgrounds on Chesapeake.

Many of these are in the entire PaxLair Alliance of various guilds.

Meetings are held every tues evening at 9pm eastern (or it is 10pm) cuz Ima on central time so I may be off an hour {be 9pm my time I guess }, on a rotating basis as to where meetings may be held. The sight of the meetings are oft found on UO Forums forum under Chesapeake/guilds/meetings PaxLair.

One week meetings may be held in PaxLair [oldest player town going back to 1997] still standing in felucca, and even the original Richard Garriott ie Lord British donned a plaque there, as well as seers and so forth. PaxLair was established in like 1997.

And it's myriads of allies, and their townships across the facets include, DragonsWatch, Aryslan, Kijustu Anei Village in Homare, Pitmuck Isle goblins & all those related to the Etherial Void etc. also.

Non allied ones as well, include oft held activities too seasonally or monthly, via, the Royal Brit. Guard or RBG and SHE guilds etc. etc. on Chesapeake.

There are even 'Crimson Pirates' that come and attack folks *fel side* and they too are pretty active, requiring the PaxLair^Ethereal Void's allied naval forces to try to keep them Crimson Pirates in line.

I have been associated with numerous player towns and right now its pretty much KAV and Guardians Gate on Chesy. There are others but they are more hit and miss at this time. There is a linking system on Chesy across from the Luna Fair grounds. Or you can ask for me in general chat and I will give you a tour. On Baja ask for someone from Dawn or the BPRA.

They hold player events, rp style. I enjoy going to the market days they throw.
