Boots will be available, upon request, for the next month to spies who couldn't make it tonight. These are for ranks earned by June 28th.
All of the boots are "Britannian Royal Spy - Rank" based on the rank achieved by the person. Spy Ranks, in ascending order, are:Is there a list with the names and ranking of the boots somewhere ?
Is there any special skill sets needed to be part of these events..I mean is hiding/stealthing desirable or necessary, etc. Are these events just open for everyone or do I need to contact someone to start attending?The Royal Spies on GL meet every Tuesday at the Counselor's Hall in Britain at 8pm CST. Click the suit of armor to enter their base under the hall. All are welcome.

No special skills are needed. You should bring a character you can effectively group PvM with, but sometimes people from other shards bring noob characters to have half a chance at the occasional items.
Aside from lag due to lots of people being there (because the events on GL are really good, and hence are quite popular), the only negative side I can think of is some players spamming for items and others who grief the events, thinking that doing so will somehow increase their chances for items.
