[Buying] Dear community, please help!

Due to an accident - which is described here - I have lost my beloved mouse hole while redeeding my deco items for moving.

Long story short:
I could not redeed by doubleclicking so I used an axe on it and it is gone. No deed, nothing (not in pack, moving crate, bank, etc.).
GM came fast and told me that it is not safe to use an axe on items (well, thank you) but could not really answer my question on how I should have redeeded the hole. He advised me to fill in a bug report (which I did) and also to ask for a future solution which would treat all deeded objects just the same.

Soooo, my question: I really, really want another mouse hole!
Is there anyone who has a spare from the 2008 cleaning?
If yes, please name your price - I will most certainly pay it.

If not, is there anyone who will transfer a char from either atlantic (anyone still there from rares fest?) or chessy anytime soon? I found that they have mouse holes on both shards for around 4 mil on chessy and 9 on atl. I would gladly pay in advance and also contribute a little to the xfer cost.

The bug is pretty old, I have points for the old clean up, if you dont find any I can get you but im kindda expensive 7,5m for Mouse Hole so try other options first.

There seems to be a mouse hole for sale on an atlantic luna vendor for 2,5. If anyone still has a char there from rares fest or for any other reason and will xfer anytime soon: I would gladly pay 5 mil for the hole...
