UO Ad on Stratics

Did anyone else see a UO banner ad on stratics logging in today? I am wondering if that is just me or if UO is actually advertising some?

i would hope they would run ads else where we already play, unless its to get people to stop asking them to run ads so they stick 1 up here for awhile to please us

Oh well it must have just been something that was targeted at me due to browsing history. It was on the main page of stratics itself not the UO page.

So its not just me there are ads out there wow. Wonder if this is just a bone we have been thrown or a new trend.

It was something we did a while back, but it got lost when complications too boring to recount arose.
Apparently someone remembered the details and put it back (thank you, mysterious stranger!), and so it's back
