Can't remember a game account password

But it's already associated with my email address, though it isn't "linked" (As I don't know the password to link it, let alone log in, because I have the memory of a goldfish)

Let me reiterate: It gives me an error that it's already associated with an account, so I can't use the password retrieval.

Do I have to call to get them to reset my password for me?


Sorry if this has been answered or should go in another thread, I'm having a ******** today.

No. I've already linked half a dozen accounts. I know exactly what to do to link an account. I cannot remember a password for one and the recover password option doesn't work because it says it's already linked.

As long as you know your account information changing a password over the phone is incredibly easy.

Sure...

But at the moment that is obviously not possible (or at least it doesn't appear to be possible) and it must be done over the phone. And as from my post you quoted it is easy as long as you know your account information.
