UO DEAD???

EA Forums doesn't even have a UO section. Not even under the profile section does it list the game. I don't even think i see it listed on there website at all.
So does this mean the end of UO???

Makes some since as they refuse my cc for payment on the accounts i had.

Got me thinking maybe it is being sold to another company? That could explain all the issues we are haveing with accounts.

Ea have never listen UO in thier profiles and UO lost its forums years ago. Look on the Mythic website and at the Origin website

UO died in 1997, shortly after beta. We are all playing Ultima Afterlife.

The decided to hide it by creating the wall of deciet. First the created fake migration. Then they doubled billed credit cards, then deactivated payments. Did a little dance and turned off and on vet rewards. Enabled disabled Spring clean up... all because they have been sold.

I agree with many of the above comments, but this ghost likes UO for it's old-world charm. Perhaps I'm trying to relive my childhood gaming experiences. Hmm, sounds like maybe a personal problem I have...

Yes, most of us have been aware of the lack of display of UO on the EA website for many many years now. I think it's been like that the entire time actually.

If you sort EA games by RPG, it's on the second page. Nobody expects it to be mentioned on the front page of EA - there are a lot of games that pull in more in a month than UO brings in during the year.

The big problem is that if you go to the RPG division of EA, BioWare, it's not there. It's a link to the herald, and we all know what kind of impression that leaves

Well I'll be damned, it is! The only problem is that it isn't listed under PC games at all. I had to remove the PC search and look for every RPG to find it. Guess that's why I've never seen it there. I figured they'd know that UO is a PC game, lol.

They consider PCs to be anything that runs Windows Vista or newer, so it's not surprising that UO isn't under the PC listing.

Oh...sorry, lol. I wouldn't have put it past EA to not put UO under PC category for any reason.
