Are they still being Dispelled? I have heard rumors as of late with all the new sampires On Pacific shard that some are losing them? i thought this was fixed with publish 40?

no.... that was fixed long ago. they can not be dispelled anymore.

The important part is:
The Paroxysmus swamp dragons and the statuettes obtained before the old fix are still able to be dispelled. If you purchase them off a vendor, or from another player there is no way to tell if yours is prepatch and dispellable or not.

that was mine, i got it from the chief himself over a year ago.whats odd about the situation, only thing i can think of that dispelled him is the named air elementals, i dont think rend,miasma, or the minotaur boys can cast dispell.
