Devs ..Vet reward picks missing???

Had 3 picks left....had been selling house teleporter sets from around 7 picks i had stored up.....well on thi day the mother of all days i chose the obvious again with my last 3 picks ...3 house teleporter sets...these were placed in my reward chest in my house ready for using/selling.....same day seems we got a REVERT because some people got unlimited picks???? or something like that.....and the Vet rewards were stopped...

so pray tell were are my 3 rewards gone?? or were are my picks gone???

That was rather uncalled for!

THP, best bet would be to call.

If you picked the tele tiles already, I would assume the system already recognizes that and that's why you have no picks left.

When everything was reverted they >might< not have gotten that bit of coding in right? You really just don't know.

I have no way of knowing if they can go back in time and see IF and WHEN you picked the last 3 rewards you had or not...but it's worth a shot.

Just call and explain that

1. Picked my last 3 rewards
2. put them in secure container in my house
3. shards reverted, vet rewards turned off
4. The rewards I picked were no longer in my secure container after the revert
5. When vet rewards were re-activated I no longer had 3 rewards available

Looks the best option....hate long distance phone calls to india though....god it will cost a fortune......
