I have very little negative to say.

Here's one of them, though it's from the other thread with the spoilers.

Emperor of Tokuno statue? Sounds like one of the rewards for something? There either needs to be fiction saying where the Empress has gone, or the statue should be modified to say the "Ancient Emperor" or something. Maybe it's a statue of Tokuno's very first Emperor?

There needs to be some of the items included that folks have asked for, for example the Virtuebane Crystals (the ones that add Rage Focus) or Blackrock (small pieces, not crystalline).

The new sets sound cool. (Not for me but for others.)

The Honesty virtue I am absolutely elated by. Near-giddy. OK, not really, but elated is a good word.

I like that it is called an "Halloween Event" rather than just Halloween Content, that implies another plot, even if it is a shorter one. It is good that periodic content happens, such as scenarios or events and the like.

Stroke of genius having baby, non-PoF-able versions of the earlier sets.

Why not use the "brittle" property though? Why the new "non-PoF-able" line? Why not just say "brittle?"

Based on what I've seen so far, definite thumbs up overall.

Glad to see everyone appears to have survived the storm, glad to see the content.

That's how the original Clean Up Britannia worked... looks like they melded the two systems (CUB and SC) together for this round.

Although a good portion of me is thankful they did NOT reintroduce the Singing Crystal Ball.

Edit: They WOULD come out with a Fisherman's set not long after I spent a week or so building and imbueing an armor set designed for my fisherman!

Love the mannequins! A very big step in the right direction for a few things. It looks like they were designed pretty tight in security. A few suggestions for the future:

1. add a security setting. As of a few quick tests only the account that placed them can use them. It would be nice to have security settings that would allow friends to swap out clothes as well. With this I could swap gear between accounts. Even an anyone setting to hand out suits to new players or fellow players you don't have friended to your house. Guild settings for guild crafters

2. Is there a way to display stats? I couldn't find one. But this would be great for crafters making suits for other races. At least resists would be nice for starters.

3. This idea is kind of out there but it would be great to place a mannequin in your pack and somehow link your char to it. Sort of a toggle between using suit stats from your paper doll or your mannequin. The idea is to give your paper doll that everyone sees a different look from what your true stats are. This is good for preventing your enemy from sizing up your gear, those folks who missed fighting "naked", allowing rpers to suit their paper doll up in character while linking their stats to the mannequin or just walking through Luna and not seeing everyone in robes.

Still though they are very cool.

I like the fishing suit. You can still imbue 5 stats to it but only 450 intensity. There are mage, bard, fisherman, archer and two warrior sets, but all have the same halved or less durability. It is obvious the warriors are going to see more damage to their equipment than any of the other sets. Especially the berserker set which seems to rely on taking damage to actually gain any benefit. It would be nice to see these two sets get a little more durability.

Using the bersekrer suit, I see the effect is timed is timed even if you are at low health after it wears off and there isn't an icon for it in the stat bar, so I don't know what the bonus is. It is cool the suit changes color depending on how angry you are.

The only place where can do the difference is Siege,

Can only equip one blessed item at a time on Siege.
At 50K points a pop it wont be that wasteful (or hard) get bless a few suits though.

Considering how often I have to go murder sheep on Siege, I'm very happy they've had a makeover. Unsheared ones in the Classic Client now look like the ones in the shot below. Sheared sheep still sport the same skinny, short look they've always had.

Now, the system messages go to ALL tabs, even if you've not checked that box. This isn't acceptable.

I have tabs for System, Chat (everything said publicly in world), Alliance Chat, Global Chat, and Party Chat. I don't want to see system messages in any tab except for system, I don't want to be spammed with messages while trying to pay attention to only one type of text.

If GMs are getting ignored due to tab filtering, have THEIR TELL MESSAGES be special, don't force us to see system messages when we've specifically filtered them out.

With all the talking that's been going on since before it was even announced that there would be a clean-up, about how blackrock should be a turn-in for a clean-up, I've been hanging onto my collection.
For the longest time I've been saying that the clean-up will probably be announced just after chuck it in the trash.

Of course, I chucked it all in the trash literally a couple of hours before the announcement.

Guild Voting Changes

Added functionality to resolve guild hierarchy issues when a guild has no active (characters that have logged in within the last 30 days) voting members. When a guild has no active voting members (Guild Leader, Warlords, Emissaries or Members) and only has active non-voting members (Ronins) the system will now hold a special election which will promote the guild member (Ronin) that was most recently active to become the guild master. If the system is unable to identify the most recently active member, it will randomly select an active guild member (Ronin) to promote. This special election will ONLY occur when there are no active voting guild members.

Finally, the Trinsic Borrowers will rise again under John Dillenger. Very, very nice function choice...i'm impressed. Also, congratulations in advance to John.

They did a tweak to make sheep look a bit more realistic when sheared in the EC, they then back-ported the EC models into the 2d client to keep consistency. At least that's the conclusion I come to after toying around and seeing them ingame.

Developers, please understand this is UO 2011 and not UO 1997. You must consider UO inflation over time and reflect the points of these rewards accordingly.

I have only 2 suggestions:

1. Make the point value of Item Bless Deeds at 50,000,000 or 50 mil. At least that would equate roughly what the current street value is worth.


2. Please please for the rare collectors out there something worth obtaining this time, i.e. create an item that's worth 100,000,000+ or 100 mil points so we can really work for it. Perhaps a bonded ridable statue like the Paroxy Swamp Dragon etc..

even if the crafted items are low points, scripters will still run multi scripting accounts doin it, Maybe give the crafted items an eventual diminished return or a limit per day or something.

You should be able to hover over or press 'stats' and get a gump with ALL the stats on the suit. ALL. Dex/STR/HCI/DCI/Resist/LRC etc.

This would be HUGE HUGE HUGE for crafting and keep us from having to use spreadsheets to play the game as a crafter.

I would actually pay money. Yes, thats right. The guy who NEVER pays more than the subscription - I would pay $2 apiece for these if they showed stats of armor.

Other Virtue System tweaks:
The total virtue point cap has been increased so that it is easier to maintain Knight rank.
All virtues now decay at the same rate as the current rate for Valor. (This is a significant decrease in decay rate for most virtues.)
Skills that had their decay rate reduced now spend virtue when you use them.

Does this mean all my tamers are going to need to work their honor up on a regular basis? As it is this virtue does not decay....

Why in the world are the soverigns all the same amount? Copper were easy, silver harder and gold very hard to get. It should be like x for copper, 5x for silver and 10x for gold.

Heritage Tokens gives no points.
And seems like you can trash 500.000gp and thats the amount of points for Item Bless Deed

I just wanted to point something out, people in this thread keep equating points to gp, as in the Item Bless Deed is 50k points, it should cost more than 50k gp. In fact, I think you get 1 point per 100 gp turned in, so the direct gold conversion value would be 100:1. An Item Bless Deed, if you straight up turned in gold for it, would be 5m gold.

I know that there will be ways to get points more cheaply than turning in gold, but the people screaming about turn in values need to realize that points do not equal gp.
