looking for Mini champ template

I am looking for a good mini champ template (mostly Wyvern and devourer of souls) i need a template that would be somewhat easy to play and allow for fast kills and also would not cost an arm and leg to make a suit for

What your looking at here is a sampire and those can be quite expensive to suit up. There are tons of threads on sampire setups here.

My suggestion is to look into a bard char if your low on funds. I run a bard in all the mini champs very successfully and rarely die. Its fast enough to be considered effective and very cheap to build, scroll-suit up.

those 2 champs can be easily killed with a mystic mage with a slayer spell book.
just cast RC and hide, then hailstorm until the RC gets killed.. repeat.

the wyvrn you need a dragon slayer book and the devourer is demon slayer.

A thrower is very cheap to make. Doesnt really need any artifacts for mini champs.
Template could be
115+ throwing
115 bushido
tactics
anatomy
healing
chiv
resist

Could also run 99 necro instead of healing or resist, thats throwing sampire then.

You can make a suit with imbued pieces only.
Suit should have all 70s resist. Thats very easy with gargoyle armor.
Put hp,mana , stam increase on every armor piece. Lmc would be nice to have, but if you dont have the gold or relics for that, use mr1 in every free slot. Will work for now. Also dont forget that gargoyles need 30 focus or 3sr on suit because flying is using stamina.
Cheapest jewelry variant is hci,dci,str,dex and di on each. If short on relics, drop the dci.

Use cyclones as weapon. Ideal with 20ssi, slayer,di, mana + stam leech. Aim for max possible mana leech here.
Weapon can also be used melee style with momentum strike, that kills the low level stuff very fast.

Farm a shroud of the condemned yourself and buy a mana phasing orb with
hci,lmc, di if you got a bit of gold. Try to find a cheap +15 or 20 stat scroll. Proceed from there.
Cheapest to build char atm with potentialy very high damage output and very good survivability.

Nothing wrong with that, but that mystic mage with some super slayer books is actually not that cheap to make for a new or returning player.
You silently assume expensive ps and somewhat good gear here.

You need 150 stam for a 20ssi cyclone to swing at cap, set dex so that you have 160-170 stam at least, you can still use pots.
10 int, mana comes from mana increase.
Remaining points into str.
If you go with bandage healing, you may want 140 dex for maximum bandage speed at harder fights. That can be achieved by using agility pots, the ones from npc alchemist should be good enough.

As long as you dont use meditation or want to stealth around, you can use plate armor just fine on every warrior.

Just train all the skills at once as you fight stuff, thats easy with the warrior skills and a fresh char.
