as it currently IS ... I'm rounding the trinsic shores and have seen 2 sets of 7floating cannons and a single,

It is not mine.

Number one because a ship that was refreshed 3 days ago cannot be decayed, it would be against code which requires 2 weeks for full decay of a ship, and number two, because my ship was only for fishing, it had no cannons........

On another note, I logged in the third day after the occurrance to check if my pending Page to a Game Master was still there and if I had a message waiting for me.

Well, the pending Page is still there, about some 30-40 hours since I placed it, and still no message whatsoever.

Honestly, I find it inexplicable that in 30-40 hours since the Page was placed, not even a couple of minutes where available to a Game Master to look into my issue and send out a message for me.

I can understand being busy, but not even having a few minutes over a 30-40 hours span time ???

By the way, to double check I tried placing another ship with the same character who owns the lost ship and I still am getting the message

You already have a ship deployed !

That is, my ship is still out there, somewhere....

Until when, well, this depends on "when" a Game Master will decide to come help me, if in time before it decays or whether too late, after it has been gone for good......

I already provided all of the informations like last recorded location, facet, type of ship, name of ship, when it was last refreshed. There is not much more that could be needed to know other than where it is now.....

It was on Trammel, Trammel ships cannot be scuttled. It was refreshed only a few days ago so it cannot have decayed and infact, when trying to place another ship I am told I can't, because I have another deployed.....

All I need is IN-GAME ASSISTANCE to find the damn ship but it is now THREE DAYS that I am unable to have a Game Master look for where my ship is.

By the way, with the daily Maintainance my Page was aborted by the system (not me) and I had to make a new Page.

Apparently, pages do not transfer over maintainance but get dropped at maintainance.

Will I get a Game Master today to help me ? Who knows............

Thanks a lot, I looked at that ship. I cannot recall the name of the tillerman, unfortunately, though Omar does not ring any bells.

Anyways, I went to that location with another ship and tried boarding it but I get a message that I lack permission to board it.

Therefore, I must assume, it is not my ship but someone else's. Thanks though for the tip.

On another note, I keep not getting any message from a Game Master in-game even though my Page is pending for the 3rd day.

Are you guys sure that Mesanna instructed to Page a Game Master for in-game assistance to locate lost ships ? Is there a link to where she said it so that I can point out the Game Masters to it in my page for help ?

Now it is 3 days that I have been paging and my pages pending for many hours but not 1 single Game Master showed up or sent a message to me about my page.

This can't be normal.......... either it is not true that Mesanna instructed Game Masters to assist or there must be something VERY wrong with the way the Game Master in-game customer service functions............

Is it even thinkable that Ultima Online might have ceased, as an online multiplayer game, any in-game customer assistance service ?
I find it hard to believe that any online, multiplayer game might even think to exist without offering in-game customer assistance but after 3 days without getting a Game Master come to help me what else can I think about all this ??

Either way, something ain't right and players are the ones at loss, unfortunately...........

I am seriously starting to think that I would probably need to call Customer Service over the phone to prompt in-game assistance for my issue....... What number would I want to call, though, to push for in-game assistance with Ultima Online ?? Do they work over the weekend ?

This whole ordeal is getting very frustrating. I am astonished that an issue which could be solved positively with just a mere few minutes of a Game Master's time must be left dragging for days and days at the disadvantage of a player. Absolutely astonishing........

I also tried PMing some of the Developers who post on Stratics asking for help, perhaps they might be able to get something done from a Game Master, but I still got to hear back from any of them yet..... I am totally in the dark over this issue.

Problem is, that the days are passing by and the decay is accumulating on my ship. Eventually it will decay and be lost with whatever is in the Hold unless I can finally get a Game Master to help before it decays for good.....

It is just amazing and astonishing how difficult it might be to get in-game assistance with Ultima Online these days.........
Just checked my Page, it is still pending after some 10 hours I placed it today, still no news whatsoever from a Game Master at all. By the way, I DID mention in the page that Mesanna instructed that this issue was meritable of Game Master assistance yet, no assistance coming anyways.........

I wonder if there even is anyone on their end to read players' pages for in-game assistance....
