As the title says... just a returning player that has no idea if these are rare/illegal/very common or what.

I've been trying to find info on them but to no avail any help would be much appreciated even a link to a thread discussing these.

they were a tamable a few yrs back for v-day think this is the pub notes on it Publish 50 - UOGuide, the Ultima Online encyclopedia

Cool. Are these fairly common? I've seen two so far on separate characters on this account but I have never seem them before from anyone else.
