UO INSIDER is requesting that players participate in this interview process with me. This weeks interview is with Petra Fyde Uo Stratics managing editor. Im sure some of you have great questions about Uo Stratics and "who" is Petra that most of us have gotten to know so well. Post below! Im trying to keep this thread open. Uo Insider has added a new idea to UO itself. While Questions at times can be made feel unreasonable I would hope that the thread stays open.

I have never known how to answer this. Strongly Agree could mean you're a troublemaker, Strongly Disagree could be taken as you not being done troublemaking, and Not Sure could go either way.

I dare Petra to answer this.

P.S. Also, on a scale of 1 to Awesome, how often does Petra think of how cool I am?

I'm probably too late but:

1) Her thoughts on the current direction of the game
2) What she thought of (what I'm calling) "The Great Classic Shard Debacle of 2010" and the final decision made by Cal at the beginning of the year. Also, if one had been made would she have played it?
3) Siege. What, if any, changes should be made to the shard? And does she think mistakes were made concerning Siege along the way?
4) Does she ever PvP, and if so, on what template?

How cool are you? Welll - when you wrote me a comprehensive and thorough thief essay for the site you were an 'awesome'. When you helped confirm that our information is correct despite objectionally worded messages to the contrary you're a 10. When you help new, training thieves with advice on the board you're a 9 and when you take it into your head to tell misguided people who have misunderstood information that they're idiots you slip to a 2

I'm not seeing that. One is just a little over the file size limit. I'll mention it, none are glaringly over size.

size limit is 600 x 125 x 50kb.

yes, as I said, I'll mention it.

When you're used to people trying to post stuff 200+ pixels tall and 300kb, 23kb over size isn't really 'glaringly oversize'.

Nexus sig is 600 x 125 x 49.22kb That is within the limit.

I use a rotating sig, the sizes are:
600 x 124 x 34kb - advice to posters
438 x 125 x 25.2kb - locks
512 x 102 x 24.1kb - Molly Fyde (Siege)
500 x 104 x 7.21kb - Petra/Piper (Europa)
600 x 125 x 20kb - Petraonblack

Haha yeah I guess so. Sorry 'bout that,but a mod rode my a$$ about using png that was over the file limit a while back.

we don't usually 'ride your ass' about it, just point out it's over the limit and ask you to please edit. If someone was overzealous I apologise.

Haha, that's nice to know. However, I was actually wanting you to answer this question pertaining to yourself, not me. It's just a random question. Answering it is like a triple edged sword (even though that would be one weird looking sword) because every answer can be taken negatively. It's sort of a trick question.

Also, great interview. Congrats to you and Static on a job well done.

P.S. I'll try to stay away from a 2 rating, haha. The frustration sometimes gets the better of me.

I'm not a troublemaker by nature, most of the psych test game things rate me as a 'nurturer', so I'd have to say D. Disagree

There are several folk around who are happy to take up the slack and cause my share of the trouble as well as their own

I got hounded and had to "fix" my siggy four times to make it fit into what Stratics wanted. I personally have no problem with your signature,but fair is fair.


Edit: The one I had before was a larger size gif of the one shown here,but the animation made the file too large.

Then I changed it to this:

Which is over the limited file size. So I had to go and change the sig from png to jpeg.
