Something interesting with reward book

Chronicle of the Gargoyle Queen Vol. 1 channels mana!

I took my book over to test and tried some things. This message came up when making scrolls and took a charge from the book. I made Scrappers but didnt get this message. There is a noticeable difference in the mana used to make the scrolls with the book when it gives this message and without.

Does it recharge? Going threw all this work just to craft 500 items without using mana seems like a stupid reward.

Does that mean that in PVP if you are out of mana, you can use the book for the kill shot or recovery?

Are the books blessed? If yes, are they blessed on Siege (and Mugen) too? Can you equip them like a spellbook?

They aren't blessed and can't equip. It hasn't recharged itself so far either.
