Stable area in Lina hit with earthquakes?

You cannot cast EQ in town,

If I were to guess, They're being cast outside against the stable wall - Which isn't in the guard zone.

I'm curious if you know if anyone had just release a pet since you mentioned the stable area. Once I had to release a pet in Luna stable area to accept a GD. After doing so, it took me a sec to realize I had been stuck and was a ghost. After being rez'd the person I took the GD from was surprised also.

I just never experienced this before.
