In my other post today I have stated that I have paged for a GM before I made the post.
The page was made some 2 hours ago now and at time of initial post I was number 7 in the queue. I am now at number 6. So my friends, we are supposed to believe that a GM has taken 2 HOURS to resolve an issue and is now working on a second one which is apparently going to take a similar time.
The question is - do we believe that?. I am afraid I do not. I will in fact say I think this system is a load of crap which we allow to happen. The system seems to be one which just regularly sends the same message to give the illusion that something is happening. My problem will take about one minute to resolve, I simply need to be moved onto my boat, I will do the rest. I am darn sure that most problems are similar and very few would take any length of time.
I have to admit that I do not know how we could change anything bearing in mind the way this company treats its customers. Customer Service seem to be words in a foreign language and their meaning unknown.
