Blackrock stew - Quest for recipe didnt work

I got the quest for the recipe. I have 10.000 points for the Ophidians and Im an Ally!
I got all the ingrediants: 1 "Bowl of Rotworm Stew", 1 "Terathan Avenger Arms" and 5 "A small piece of blackrock".

I toggled them as quest items and the sound told me im finished. But when i go to Salis he sais: "I´m sorry, I have nothing for you at this time."

What else should i do, or is it a bug???

sorry for the late answer, was at work.

I tried again to finish the quest:
The quest log shows the correct amount - Total 5, 1, 1

All is ok like Salis demanded.
But he still gives the same answer...

The only thing I can suggest is paging a GM Tell him the quest log shows you have completed the required tasks but the NPC is not recognising the fact. Please can he help?

Mmh, Becca at UOHall told me she had had the same problem. She posted to a GM but he couldnt help her. So she decided to quit the quest and try to get it once more.
She was lucky and got it again, although its a quest you only could do once with a character.

So, i think i stuck at the same point. Will i be able to get the quest again if i cancel it?
Does anybody know if cancelling a quest you can do only once doesnt matter and you can get it again?

In theory, as in, you can only complete that quest once. You can check this by yourself with quests like Dreadhorn (Heartwood, Lorekeeper Calendor) or Evidence (Britain, Sarakki the Notary), both of which can only be completed once, but when resigned without completing, can be taken again.

I'm nearly 99% sure that will work, but if it doesn't, there are some good GMs like Akemai (the guy between Mesanna and Calvin on the last video) who often respond to pages from Europa.

I paged a GM, now over 2h always at number 8...

After being bored waiting over 2h for a GM helping me i tried it...

I cancelled the quest, i got it once more and i now have the recipe!
