Spell trigger only targeting self

Bombard and eagle strike are only targeting me, Cleansing winds is working fine. I have tested this on both clients with the same results. Is anyone else having this issue?

double click stone or macro. using both these methods i get no option to target, it just hits me or tells me i need to wait to perform another action.

ive tested more, eagle strike is getting hung up as well but i got it to work once of 5? on cc. nether bolt works as intended as does cleansing winds.
