Deepwater in Ilshenar?

Is there a way to get to deepwater for fishing in Ilshenar?

For the sake of special big fish, they are sometimes shore-only.

I'm not sure if you can get deep water in Ilsh though.

OK then maybe i need 108 to get that fish and not 105 burnt up almost 100 baits for Autumn Dragonfish no i just checked it's suppose to be 80 wonder what i'm doing wrong

you can get deepwater fishes by fishing in Ilshenar if you are in the middle of the bridge that leads to the Ancient Citadel ... but I never fished there long enough to get any special fish so I can't tell if it helps.

I'm pretty sure I got an Autumn Dragonfish by going from Ilsh Spirituality to that river past the pixies and all, and fishing off the shore. Oh, I was 100, at the time, by the way.

finally caught one 165 stones

You can catch them from the small pond near where Arielle spawns near Spirituality. Or at least I was able to catch them there last I tried.. been a few months.

OK ty i think the fishing page might be wrong and that it is 106,not 80 if somebody has caught one lower than that please let me know

I made the following post earlier in this thread:
