I saw an imbued gargoyle disc mace with 100% life and 100% mana leech and the native swing delay is 2.75 seconds. I don't think any human usable weapon can have 100% leeches with that fast of a weapon right? I've seen lances and halberds with 100% but they are slow as hell.

It was probably 50 hit leech, and they had focus attack up.
Yep.. if they have focus attack toggled whatever weapon that is equipped will have its hit properties doubled (if they have 120 ninja).
This char only has 80 ninja.. so lightning only goes to 71, but i'm just standin there not doin anything but having focus attack toggled.
