Im looking for the following.

Best template for pvm (please include all skills, exactly what they should be, and what stats should be)

Training - please tell me the quickest way to train each of the skills.

Items - please include all items that I should be using, even robes/jewelry. It would be best if you could include each item, what the resists should be, and the order in which properties should be imbued.

Tactics - please include step by step instructions on how to kill each of the bosses in the game.
