Suit for gargs are pretty simple. Especially if you use a - Mage Weapon.
Folded Steel Glasses (Altered) 15% DCI
Mana Phase Orb 5% DCI (And either 5 SDI,or 10% LRC what ever you prefer).
Mystic Guard 2 FCR AND 10% DCI
or
Mage Weapon(Throwing for ranged weapon DCI) -20 Magery and +25% DCI
Crimson Robe 5% DCI 2 MR
Corguls Sash 5% DCI
So before you even get to jewels you can be sitting at 40%-55% DCI
Add 15%-30% DCI from jewels
you're sitting around 55%-70% DCI depending on your build and if you use the orny or not. (I'd recommend not using it).
Resists for garg suits are incredibly easy to get 70's all around. You may have to imbue 1 or 2 resists on the entire suit if you build the right pieces.
