When trainining Bardic skills, to better increase the chances to get gains past 100.0 in provocation, peacemaking and discordance, it is often suggested to lock Musicianship at 100.0, raise the bardic skills to 120 and then raise musicianship to legendary as last.
I wonder, whether a similar thing works for combat skills like swordsmanship, macing, fencing, archery, throwing. Is it advisable to lock tactics at 100.0, raise the combat skill to 120 and then as last raise tactics to 120 if wanted ?
Also, out of mere curiosity, i noticed that usually tactics lags behind in gaining as compareed to combat skills. Usually, even if the training starts at the same level, the combat skill gains faster than tactics and, sometimes, by the time the combat skill is 100.0 tactics is well over 10 points behind if not more. Just an oddity or might there be logical reasons for this "lagging"?
Thanks a lot for the kind reply.
