my.uo.com hasn't updated guild charters, guild listings, player listings, faction scores, etc... on siege for about a month or two now, is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

Since you Assumed he had not already done that I'm going to assume he did & pat him on the back for posting it bc that's usually a good way to bring a problem to the DEVS attention.

I was aware of the non-updating from Tina Smalls threads.

Another thought, as long as you are "up" ... there is a Facebook somewheres

and one of the mods >said< he had a "more direct e-mail" (words to the effect, not a direct quote)
for reporting Server outages (certainly worthy of Dev type attention)

I suggested it might be a "handy thang" to post in the contacts FAQ ...
