Where do these items come from ?

I have seen around these items which, since they say they are "Artifact rarity", I assume are drops or stealables. Where do they come from ? Is there like a full set possible of them ?

If so, it is simply a bug in their site - use another search site and these will not be listed.

As reluctant as I am to defend a known troll, the information isn't coming from there. I used the Hat of the Magi properties as search terms and came up with nothing but... Hats of the Magi (and Tal'keesh replicas ).

He's getting the information from a UO item search engine (which will remain nameless) that always messes up, and has random items that do no exist mixed up with stats/properties from any given item. So lets say if you were to search for an item, the engine sometimes returns random items that are not available, nor real, but will take on the stats of any in-game item...these 2 items that popps said have taken the properties of a Hat of the Magi.

Simple and stupid, but dont trust everything you see from these types of websites...not that I would ever use them *cough*

Wait... are you ? the only way he will see those items is if he himself uses the said "illegal" 3rd party website. Just saying... but seems to me you are the one that's lack of defense in your intelligence. And if he indeed see those items in game why didnt he take a screenshot? Or is pushing the bottom on top right hand of the keyboard, open paint, right click and select "paste" too challenging to popps and your kind of people?

I guess I missed where he said he had seen these items elsewhere on the net.
How do you know he wasn't offered these items via icq/whatever in an attempt to scam him?
How do you know maybe someone he knows didn't come to him and ask him because They thought they were about to be scammed?
Least he came here and asked.
It's not like he's a Rares dealer, how's he supposed to know?


Simple, If it sounds too good to be true, Beware. It doesn't cost anything to meet up in game, put it in a trade window, get a screen grab. If they 'can't, it's a scam, then let your friends know a new scammer is on the prowl. Google is your friend also, search for the names, attribs there. So are the artie lists here on stratics, and probably Every fan site,

since he won't share further details for whatever reason, guess we'll never know

I think it's fairly conclusively been shown that these items do not in fact exist except as a bug on an illicit search site. Further discussion will serve no useful purpose.
