Thank you for contacting EA Support regarding your in-game support issue with Ultima Online for PC. I apologize for the issue you are experience and the frustration it has caused you. Currently, in-game issues for Ultima Online can only be handled by opening a ticket with an in-game game manager (GM). Electronic Arts does handle the account support for Ultima Online, but in-game support is only handled through opening tickets with a GM. I am so sorry that you could not make contact with a GM today. In this email, I am including links to both the Ultima Online support website and the official Ultima Online forums.
