Don't look now... but Lord Bane is about to complete his conquest of Moonglow. After conducting a quick recon in force, I noticed no one even challenging Bane's forces in the City of Honesty. Have the citizens resigned themselves to the eventuality of Lord Bane's dominion of the land?

Speaking of Lord Bane's dominance... Does he have any campaign promises or anything concerning how he's going to rule? I've been fighting for him for a while but I honestly don't know what change he's bringing. Does anyone know?

After taking a break from the fighting... I realize that the defenders have gained the upper hand in Moonglow. How can this be?!? My lack of dedication to the cause has shown what happens when perseverance fades. Well, I shall not be undone. I will uphold my ideals and fight for the Bane even though I do not fully understand their platform. I will fight. Who will fight with me?

Fight for the Bane. Let these self-rightous virtue bigots bother you no longer. For Bane and Victory. *Charges* FOR BANE AND GLORY!!!

As of 12:30 am est, we had cleared the streets of the Bnae virus. On occasion a lonely Bane would appear and pay the price. Forces from Arslyn and Dragons Watch retired for the evening. Awakening this morning I scouted the city to find the Bane Chosen had reinforced and controlled the city.

*sneaks into Serpent's Hold. begins a quiet search for missing item... looks for possible invasion points for the forces of Bane *

Forces from Arslyn and Dragons Watch retired for the evening. Awakening this morning I scouted the city to find the Bane Chosen had reinforced and controlled the city.

The forces of Bane are stronger in the darkness while the forces of "good" are snuggled warmly in their beds. Despite Gypsy's best efforts, I was able to lay a good walloping on the nasty Ophidians during the wee hours of the morning. I think there were others at the meer and I know at the defenders. Our efforts were just enough to sway the tide back to Bane and his forces.

Nothing personal against Arslyn and Dragons Watch... It's just that our politics differ.

So true. We wouldn't be in this situation if he was still around. I would kneel before him and be his soldier. However, he is no longer here to kneel before. His religion of virtue has been distorted. I now follow my own system of honor and fight where the pay is best.

In the absence of our true liege lord, so many have become mercenaries, serving whatever seems to serve them best in these dark times. It is regrettable, though somewhat understandable....

My own allegiance will not change, even if it means clinging in vain to old memories until this world finally ends. I live in a kind of limbo now, hoping always for the return of our lost king.
