Not sure where else to ask this so... Limits/caps? What are they?

I've tried searching this a few times but due to the huge volume of information and the commonality of the search terms, I'm having a helluva hard time finding the answers that I seek. I propose that we build a thread, to be stickied (mods, please?) that includes all caps and limits for every buff, enhancement and such. This is what I'm speaking of...

1: What is the cap on SDI? Is there one?

2: What is the cap on LMC? Is there one?

3: What is the cap on mana, HP and stamina regen? Is there one?

4: What is the cap on RPD? Is there one?

I think that it would be great to have all of this info in one, easy to find place. I just hope that since I spent a few hours searching here and elsewhere that no one points and says, "do you mean that, there?

SDI is capped at 15% for PvP, but has no cap for PvM.

LMC is capped at 40%.

No cap on mr, hpr, and sr, but there are diminishing returns the higher you go.

Not sure about RPD. I assume it's capped at 100%, but I don't know.

There's a cap on HPR and SR...and MR has dim returns...

HPR is 18 with items...not sure on SR but there's a cap...

HCI and DCI are capped at 45. Some folks run 70 dci to counteract the effects of hit lower defense.

HCI is 45, except Gargoyles, they get an automatic 5% racial bonus, for a Cap of 50%

HML/HSL/HLL - do not have an actual cap, but instead HML/HLL are capped based on the weapon speed. (faster weapons have a lower cap)

SSI - Capped at 60%

DI - capped at 100% from items and 300% overall for PvM

This was all, last I knew. Anything can change at any time.

Edit: oh and EP is capped at 50%, unless you have Alchemy, you get an additional 10% above the cap for every 33% in alchemy for a max of 30% increase at GM
