Part 1 was the season ending cliffhanger and ended with Picard appearing for the first time as a Borg and his famous lines were. "I am Locutus of Borg. Resistance is futile. Your life as it has been, is over. From this time forward, you will service us." and "You will be assimilated."

The Battle of Wolf 359 did not take place till the season premiere the following year.

I read in uhall that it's easier to get the quest fish when not actually doing the quest. Go fish up alot of each of the fish it usually calls for,then go get the quest.
