Holiday Tickets?

Were the tickets turned off early? I finally had some time today to log into my accounts and claim tickets on all shards and so far NONE of my characters on Atlantic have received a ticket. They are all over 30 days old. This hasn't happened on any other shard yet, but I haven't been able to check them all so far.

UPDATE: This is only happening on Atlantic.

I just logged into ATL on a char and got the message a holiday gift ticket was placed in my pack. try Opening you bank Box then logging in and out again.

I tried that on all the chars. Didn't work. I have two accounts and none of the chars on any of those accounts have gotten tickets on Atlantic. Every other char on all other shards have. I mean its not a huge deal because I don't play Atlantic but I was going to see if anyone was still available to trade tickets... *sigh*

Did you fail a patch? My client was saying that my accounts weren't old enough until i managed to fix my patch. (check your version, mine was saying it was successful but it had in reality failed and was at the wrong version)

I also had this happen on a few chars...chars i dont play and that hadn't been logged in for months. Logged them in, got nothing. logged out, back in, nothing.
Tried it the next day, and got tickets for all of em.
Maybe it takes a server down cycle on old chars for it to recognize them? I have no idea why it worked that way. *shrugs*
