bane guards - how to fight?

how you fight these guys?
is there a way as a tamer?

Everything works except Provoke as usual.

These hits hard but its nothing to the average sampires/wammys.

Tamers are possible, disco, all kill, alternating vet and gheal on your super dragon.

Step 1: discord them with your bane loyal bard so you can leave the bard in close proximity w/o haveing to fuss with aggro.

Step 2: Slaughter the disco'd guards with your bane loyal archer because you didnt know who to fight in the beginning. Which was the true evil... But since your char was in RBG you thought you would fight the ophids. You know... any enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that. And now you have thousands of bane loyalty points to spare. This allows you to stand in the thick of them dispatching guards with extreme prejiduce while their buddies cheer you on.

A simple two step process. It will require two accounts.

make sure you stay close to the bane guard or you will be pulled in and eventually targeted by something. discord works great, especially with the special song abilities. i've seen sampires solo the guards in about a minute. takes me about 10 minutes to solo with my disco/tamer

Thats the way I do it... only I have a tamer on each account. Discord with one greater dragon with the other.

Why is that? When I provo, it tells me I succeeded, yet they still find my rear more enticing to beat. As a pure bard I have little else. Oh well...back to the sidelines to discord and heal.

i thought they had area attacks. they dont
so i can just sit there healing my dragon

Need to have a really good GD to solo them, I had my 890HP GD on one with an archer helping and I had to constantly vet it, Took a while but was possible.

Have any tamers tried a cu sidhe on the winged guards and succeeded?

I have killed a few with dog. Character also has disco. But takes a lot longer than with GD

It succeeds but they don't fight.

I have solod with GD and my Cu both
The Cu almost seemed easier to me just gota stay on the heals !I use bandaids and greater heal tied into same macro!

Note: this was with my tamer with disco and piece
