*grumbles*I think curses and poison and stuff get through a lot more often without focus than they would with.
You would drop out of stone form the moment you stoned off 120 mystic, works the same as all other forms as far as I am aware*grumbles*
There goes the idea of:
Soulstoning 120 Myst/focus on, casting Stone Form and then soulstoning it off. Soulstoning 33 mysticism back on to maintain the form.
I already tested it on test center and the resists stay at 75 but if it effects cure/curse resilience then that is probably not good.
As long as you swap the skills quickly you maintain the form. I have already tested that part. You also maintain the 75 resists cap. The question really is if you still have poison and curse immunity. You would drop out of stone form the moment you stoned off 120 mystic, works the same as all other forms as far as I am aware
Adding back in 33 mysticism satisfies the requirement. I was able to maintain the form until I logged out.The duration of polymorph-style spells (e.g. Vampiric Embrace) is now a maximum of 3 minutes when the caster doesn't have the actual skill required to cast them from a spell book.
What is on your suit?As a solo template, it isn't quite as powerful as the sampire since you have to step out to heal every once in a while.
But in a group of two, this is an absolutely insane template.
The template is:
120 swords
120 tactics
120 healing
120 anatomy
120 mysticism
120 focus
The idea is to use cross healing in a group of two. With the fast bandages (2-3 seconds, depending on dexterity) and the fact that you're never bled or poisoned in stone form, you always heal damage. That means that your enemy would have to do extreme amounts of damage in order to even stand a chance against you and your buddy.
And no single enemy can do that without raising cries of foul from everyone who doesn't run these templates.
The only down side is you have to trust your partner pretty much completely.
And for extra power, add more of the same to the mix! Two people cross healing you is much more efficient than one.
When I tried the template myself, I found it great for soloing everything I came across (up to DH/Medusa, never tried higher), but it really REALLY shines in pairs. There's literally nothing in the game which you can't kill with a pair of rock-form mystics with swords... and usually faster than all other templates.
(Side note, I HATE it when those two show up at Corgul... you know who I mean... that means that our groups always loses out on two of the drops) (Side side note, I still can't be mad at them, because one of them was instrumental in my own creation of the same type of template, as well as teaching me more about the game than I could ever post here)
I do count 800 skillpoints here. But even with +30 on ring and brace , this can be made to work well. Possible to get enough hci, dci,di,lmc and stat increase for a good solo char. But i would probably got without 100lrc.i use that mystic template, that lord god made, love it i enjoy it better than my sampire.
i wanted to add some bushido to it, so i made a new char and made the template and suit again.
100 swords - Cap hat to 120
100 tact
90 heal
90 ant
100 bush
120 mystic imbued skill on ring and brac (20)
120 foucs imbued skill on ring and brac (20)
60 chiv.
( something like this im at work so i cant really say)
As yet i havent had really any time to even use it, its almost finsihed only thing i need to do is finish off healing ( at 70 atm).
i got a basic LRC LMC suit, i need to redo that to add Stamina onto it but i get the feeling it wont be as good as the original mystic template.
Play Siege, then they cant just jump in on the party.(Side note, I HATE it when those two show up at Corgul... you know who I mean... that means that our groups always loses out on two of the drops) (Side side note, I still can't be mad at them, because one of them was instrumental in my own creation of the same type of template, as well as teaching me more about the game than I could ever post here)
