Scalis is broke-broke

many in our guild and alliances have done Scalis many times and none of us, NONE of us have received anything from killing it. I know some people on this board HAVE gotten drops but nobody I know has received anything off Scalis as of yet. Corgul seems to work fine but Scalis seems to be broken to me. I talked to Messana and she said she would look into it. Does anyone have any success stories from Scalis ?

I did between 5-6 Osiredon yesterday and received one drop : the Smiling Moon Blade. Thus far I think it's in line..

I'm getting a drop 1 in every 5 Osiredons. I wasn't happy about my run yesterday after receiving a drop on the first Osiredon and then nothing on the next 4.

So Osiredon is dropping them! I have compiled 3 one tiles Forges, 1 Leviathan Hide Bracers, 1 Enchanted Coral Bracelet and 1 Smiling Moonblade. I've also tossed close to 100 White Nets and seen approximately 30 Osiredons.

So I've done a boat load of Osiredons (pun intened) and would like to have received a few more drops but it wasn't meant to be. Osiredron's drop rate is fine imo and it's nothing compared to other spawns...specifically..the Twisted Weald.

I know there are players complaining in other threads but these items should be rare and hard to come by. I have had many many runs of 0-12 and I have gone 0-80 in the Twisted Weald on Balhae! I've fared very well on Europa Twisted Glade spawn. Balhae Twisted Glade spawn needs looking into..

Powerful items should be hard to come by and Osiredron drops some very nice stuff.

Take a look at what has happened with Kelp Leggings. Kelp leggings are a very solid leg piece and you can't give them away. Kelp Leggins basically have no value because they're so easy to get.

If Kelp leggings were a rare drop it would be an extremely valuable and coveted item. The value of the Kelp leggings were ruined imo because the drop rate on them is so damn high. The special chest that drops from fishing has more value than the items in it! Seems a bit crazy and ass backwards to me.

I see so many items out there for sale and I wonder where the hell they all come!? Where people find the time to farm these items?

That's why I'm reluctant in advocating an increase in the drop rate on replicas and Boss/Peerless rares.

I don't know what the answer is. A ToT point system worries me on one hand that it will flood the game with drops yet on the other hand I'd like to see a little more consistency.

I'm not happy about going 0-80 in the Weald, 0-60 against Tikitavi, or 0-60 against the Renown Wyvern. But it is what it is...

I've done like 6 or 7 Scalis runs and every time, no one got anything. It was very disappointing and after spending so much time and resources to fighting him, nobody wanted to do it the next time. People had done him other previous times as well and didn't receive a drop either.
If he drops something every 4-6 runs, then that's fine, but the RNG doesn't seem to be working like that.
I agree that Peerless loot shouldn't be a guarantee and it should stay rare... it's just kind of meh when you do it so many times and get nothing.

i got 1 Enchanted Coral Bracelet off of 2 runs. but i dont think doing it 5 to 6 times is a lot.

I've been one 4 or 5 I think. Seen one guy get a forge and another get a bracelet of some kind.

After tossing 6 white nets without summoning one scalis, I gave up and have not done any fishing for weeks now. This rate is very discouraging. And when we did get one out, boss doesn't usually drop stuff.

If anyone can get 100 white nets easily, then something is wrong... Simply because they will always get good stuff in the end. Winner.

Maybe he just can't afford the artifacts to give as loot, because of the recession.
Plus, he's quite new to the game, so he probably hasn't earned a lot of gold, anyway. It's not like he can open a Luna shop, because people just kill him all the time

Granted some of them are not the best in the world, but even some of the Gauntlets Atris fall into that realm. If you think they are all garbage then IF or WHEN you get that soul forge/ring/brace just drop it on the ground or give it to me.

I'm not sure if this proves its broken or proves it's not, but I have received a small soul forge off him. I hadn't upgraded to SA or high seas yet, and was using a bard to peace him and provo his snakes back onto him. Mostly I was providing heals for the archers and mages that were doing damage to him. This happened on Lake superior a couple weeks ago.

I just happened to be doing a T-map in buc's den when someone on chat spammed that scalis was at the docks and needed some help. I didn't even think I was eligible for a drop since I wasn't upgraded but poof...when he went down a deed for the 'small soul forge' popped into my pack. Not complaining by any means but was still kinda odd.

These BOSS drop The best or nearly best.

But Stygian Abyss ,at first ,dropped only Garbage and adjusted later.
I do not know HighSeas adjusted too or not.Anyhow dislike this way that added in small did.If added,should do at first or do not sell imperfect ones.
