Hi guys! Someone in game claimed that you have a very very small chance of getting a Tally from a Giant Turkey? And if that is true..What kind of tally? Is there a screenshot of that item?

No... you have to rezz kill yourself three times at a Felucca Yew Gate while wearing a full artifact suit without insurance. The insurance prevents you from getting the Talisman.
