I cannot quite see the point of this change except it is to reduce the amount of potions carried in pvp.
but i think not that the ones making the potions (alchemists) and the ones using potions for stuff like plants should suffer for this reason.
if the goal is less potions in pvp then increase the timer instead please.

A full keg and the 100 bottles needed to empty it weigh more than the 100 potions you get from it. With this change - they weigh the same, which is stupid. Potions should weigh 3 stones each, IMO.
An empty bottle weights the same as a bottle filled with potion. With this change, potions weigh more which makes sense.
You can stack tens of thousands of potions. You'd need hundreds, no wait thousands of kegs to equal that.
Poisoning is useless because of the number of cure potions people can now carry. Before stacking they were limited by the 125 item limit of a backpack. Now it's the 400 stone weight limit, instead. Once upon a time, poisoning in PvP was about out lasting your opponents stock.
On and on.
This change makes sense. There's something to be said about

for more easy mode. Things like mount stamina were lost. Things like not pushing through monsters was lost. Things like actually having keys to your home were lost.
Oh how immersion has suffered at the hands of the forums loud minority.
