Faction arties were supposed to draw people to them, hence why they were given such great stats. As I already explained in the other thread which is extremely similar to this one, I think the reason for this is to force people into stat loss. I would have agreed with you prior to imbuing, but now that imbuing is out no faction arties = no problem for building suits.
Ok then explain them why you still see BLUE faction players in tram facets only and never in fel. They have guildies with x amount of accounts to keep their kill points up plus any extra accounts they have themselves. They do it for PvM purposes.
Faction arties should be limited to opposing faction monsters and players. The extra mods are still are favorable in any pvp battle with imbued/runic/faction artied suits versus an imbued/runic/ reg artie suit.
A faction player goes after a non faction char in fel. Why should the non faction player still be at a slight disadvantage? We all that do pvp know a slight disadvantage for a non faction player is a big advantage for the faction player.
Also, didnt know dreadhorn or any other peerless should be classified into factions. Meaning any non faction monster should also be immune to the factions period. The devs added some extra mods to factions arties which truly are better then reg arties. Put them in factions and atm being abused. They are supposedly fixing factions but faction arties had a play in it plus the abusing of how kill points was so easily obtainable. Blue faction players that dont pvp benefitted from it all than the regular Joe the player.
It should be Factions vs Factions and thats it. Non faction players cant attack faction players in fel or any facet and same for faction players not being able to attack non faction players. Then you may see a big difference in how factions are used. Factions was not meant for an easy way to control fel spawns, run over non faction players which is mostly used for. Sigils and cities was the purpose.
